Question: How do I order the spellwork I see on your websites?
Answer: We try to make everything as easy as possible but we have many clients and keeping our pages up to date must take a backseat to our spellwork and service to our clients. First, copy down the name of the spells you are interested in purchasing, and send WitchQueen Serra an email at: serra_tarot@yahoo.com. She'll need your birthdate and the first name and birthdate of anyone else involved in the spell, a brief background of what you need, and the spell list that you are interested in. In 24-48 you'll recieve a reply, Serra will do your birthcharts and several readings (free), to determine if we can help you. We do not accept every case, only cases we know we can accomplish. If your case is accepted Serra will give you details on how we can help, and customize your spells to your birthdate. This set up process takes very little time. If your spell requires (or you would like to send something to help power the spellwork) personal items sent to us, you must contact us at serra_tarot@yahoo.com to get our PMB (personal mailbox) information. We do not post up PMB info as we would be flooded with junk mail.
Question: How long will my spell take to manifest?
Answer: Since every case is unique, my policy is not to give a specific date to circle on the calendar. Too many people pin all their hopes on a date, and we need your faith and energy as high as possible not fixated on a day. Most of our spellwork manifests very, very quickly. The more information we know about your situation, the better we can customize your spellwork for the quickest results.
Question: Is there a guarantee?
Answer: Absolutely! We do not stop casting until you see results. This means that you pay for one casting of the spell, and we pick up the tab on any recasts which are required. So if you think about it, we want results just as quickly as you do and every spell we cast has all our power and undivided attention for best results. Some websites and services we use do not allow us to use the term 'guarantee', but we stand by everything we do, personally.
Question: How do you customize a spell for me?
Answer: You are a unique person, your birthdate and situation are not like anyone else's. When you purchase a spell, we take your first name, and your complete birthdate (exact time not necessary). From this information, we do your complete birthchart and profile, and extensive readings (tarot is only one method used in readings) then research the spells that will best fit and solve your unique situation. There are literally hundreds of spells available, and many are from WitchQueen Serra's family grimoires (she is a 5th generation Witch). After the research is done, we send you a spell prelim email which tells you what is needed and what the spell does.
Question: I see you are on Keen, Kasamba, and a few other services. Which do I use to contact you?
Answer: If your spellwork requires a personal item to be sent, you are a web client. If you chose to contact Serra live, you can use Keen's phone services (but not the pay-to-view), but anything you purchase would go through paypal.com, and any items sent would still go through our PMB. If you saw us first on Keen all PTVs, phone contact and email would go through keen.com (and through keen you will not be given our PMB box info-that service does not allow personal info exchanged). If you saw us first on Kasamba you would contact us through kasamba.com. We do make special case allowances-for example if email takes too long and you'd rather use a chat box LIVE format you would be reclassified as a Kasamba client. You can also simply be a web client, use our normal email address (serra_tarot@yahoo.com) and use the PMB for any snail mail needs. All of the services are free to sign up, but do charge for chat and phone services but are excellant for clients who prefer the ease and speed of phone or chat formats to email. Question: The spell I chose says that I need to send a 'personal item' that belongs to the spell 'target'. What is a 'personal item'?
Answer: A personal item is something the target of the spell has worn close to the skin for longer than a few days. Ideally, it should be made of metal (we've found metal retains a person's signature energy longer than any other material). This could be any item, a ring, necklace, earring, etc. but the item does have to hold a personal significance to the target. This has the highest energy for use in a spell. If you order several spells that all require a personal object sent it's a good idea to send one item for each spell as we do not wish to dilute spell energy. Items not acceptable for use in spellwork: condoms, cigarette butts, anything paper, anything plastic, hair (fingernail parings, etc -even though they hold the essence of the target they are easily destroyed by the spell process and can not be reused), something from their car (item not worn near their skin does not work well as a connection object for spellwork.
Question: How does paypal or keen work?
Answer: When you want to make a purchase you apply at paypal.com for a free account, and you would send a payment to Serra's email: serra_tarot@yahoo.com please do not send a payment without consulting with Serra first and having your case reviewed and accepted. To have your case reviewed send Serra an email listing the spells you wish to purchase, your birthdate, first name (also birthdates/first name of anyone else involved) and brief description of your situation. You should recieve a response within 24-48 hours. After Serra does your charts and assuming your case is accepted, we accept payment through paypal for the spells selected, sent to serra_tarot@yahoo.com from paypal type in the spell title(s) you wish to purchase in the box provided, and the complete price shown on website for the spell(s) you've selected. After you send payment we generally get a notification 24-48 hours after paypal processes the request, if you are not verified payment takes approx. 5 days to process and after the payment has processed we will email you with complete scheduling on when your spell(s) will be cast in an easy to read contract with all details and information. For keen.com, click LIVE! button at left, and use the keen call button on that page. If Serra is available you will be connected, if not, please make an appointment to speak to her. If you prefer to speak to Serra in a chatbox format please use kasamba link.
Question: I can't find a spell on your pages that exactly fits what I need help with, HELP!
Answer: No problem! We can and do customize and tailor spellwork to your exact needs. We want success quickly for you, and the spellwork listed on our pages may not be exactly what you need. Contact Serra, she can help.
